Who Are We?

We’re a mental wellness startup founded in 2017 to bring quality practices and solutions to underserved communities and geographies. We were started as a response to the insight that while mental health is more freely talked about in larger cities, it’s still a privilege not accessible to everyone, especially in smaller cities & rural settings.

Our team, comprising members from different backgrounds and global exposure, works day and night to change that.
